Jean-Jacques Gabrillargues was born in Paris,
France. He received his culinary education and training at the Ecole de la Chambre
de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris. He was head chef at various renowned
restaurants in Paris and New York before establishing Jean-Jacques' Culinary Creations in
1988. He is a certified executive chef and a member of the American Academy of
Chefs. His kitchen is located in Pleasantville, NY. In addition to catering
all types of events, his operation includes a
Café & Pâtisserie
offering lunches and dinners to go as well as a
large selection of French pastries and cakes. Clients interested in having an event
catered have the opportunity to preview and sample his products. Jean-Jacques'
Culinary Creations, Inc. is a family-owned operation, fully licensed and insured.
Jean-Jacques’ son, Jens, and
daughter, Jeannette, direct all aspects of the retail, wholesale and
catering operation.
